Terms and conditions
Cancelation Policy
It is possible to refund the entire amount of the deposit if you cancel your reservation 10 days before the start of the rental. For cancellations between 10 days and up to 72 hours before the start of the rental, the charge will be 30% of the deposit amount. In case of cancellations 72 hours before the start of the rental, the charge will be 100% of the deposit amount.
Driver’s Age
For car rentals, drivers must be between 26-75 years old. Concerning motorcycles, scooters and ATVs, drivers must be between 26-65 years old.
Payment Methods
For all categories the renter must present a credit card, accepted by Paros Car Rental, to cover the amounts related to the deposit, the down payment and the settlement of final rental charges.
Driver’s License
The driver must have held a valid driver’s license for at least one year.
Grace Period
At the end of the agreed rental period, Paros Car Rental offers a grace period of 30 minutes (free of charge). After the grace period the renter will be charged at least with the cost of full-day rental.
Fines and Violations
All fines and administrative penalties shall be borne by the renter.
INSURANCE POLICY
All authorized drivers of Notos Rent a Car vehicles are protected against damages to the rented vehicle.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
The renters liability for any damage to the rented vehicle can be reduced, on the condition that the Greek Traffic Law is not violated, to a minimum charge for categories A, B, for categories C, D1, D2, D3, D4, D5, D6, E for category F.

Theft Protection (TP)
Theft protection is included in both the CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) and TPI (Third Party Insurance) packages.
Driver’s Accident Cover
Driver’s accident cover is offered for compensation in case of death and/or total /partial permanent disablement.
Incident Administration Fee
In case of an accident due to the renter’s liability, the renter is obliged to pay a fee of €15. This fee is nonrefundable.
Charges for Delivery and Collection from the Airport
Charges apply to after-hours delivery and collection services.
Fuel Policy
Upon collecting the vehicle from Paros Car Rental, the amount of fuel is checked and for any less amount of fuel compared to that at the time of pick-up, a Refueling Service Charge applies.
Refueling service charge: 10€
EXTRAS
The company reserves the right to provide a car model of the same or higher category than the one reserved.
Collection-Delivery
Every collection and delivery during office hours is free of charge.
Cross-Border Vehicle Rentals
Allowed only after prior written agreement with Paros Car Rental.
Ferry Restrictions
Traveling with your vehicle rental on a ferry is allowed only after prior written agreement with Paros Car Rental, except from the island of Antiparos. Any damage caused to the rented vehicle during transportation on a ferry will not be covered by any insurance.
Roadside Assistance
You can call from mobile phone at 11555 (24hrs service).
